Can you spare 10 minutes to answer an online survey? Do you ever need to access information as a non-member at libraries in institutions other than your own? If so, we would like your feedback on the obstacles you face. Following our previous successful survey we are undertaking further work, commissioned by the Research Information Network (www.rin.ac.uk).
